If you miss it, KnowledgePlex hosted a live chat on the 2008 Community Stabilization Grants.  These stabilization grants are a title under the 2008 Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.  The act provides $3.8 billion in supplemental  Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to repair, rehab and demolish foreclosed  and abandoned homes in communiites all across the country.
