Bretton Woods Project: A organization created as a watchdog to research the practices and work of the IMF and World Bank
Carnegie Council: “The voice of ethics for international policy.” This research organization is a leader in creating dialogue, education and information sharing on global peace, social justice and religion in politics issues. In addition, please check out their audio and video section which contains a number of forums and conversations by international affairs, ethics and religious experts.
Centre for Development Studies, University of Bath: an excellent resources of working papers and links on human development, religion and development, microfinance, markets, well-being and sustainable development.
Center for Global Development: A independent think-tank that creates global policy changes through research and dialogue. Excellent research resource, which I use often.
Development Gateway: Information sharing portal on development research and information.
Doctors without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres: One of the best known medical humanitarian agencies produces a number of helpful journals and publications
Eldis: This is an impressive gateway on various issues related to development research and practice. The site contains various rss feeds for the subjects which might be of particular interest to you. They have also a G8 blog that I recommend to you.
EQ TV: a online video website on global poverty and sustainability issues. Has some excellent interviews and web clips.
Global Poverty Research Group: A inter-disciplinary group of research conducting work on poverty, inequality and well-being.
Human Trafficking Search: A wonderful resource of human trafficking stats and research indicators. A must see! Also check out human trafficking TV, found on this site. Another wonderful resource to get the message out!
International Poverty Centre: Joint project between the Brazilian government and the United Nations Development Programme to create applied poverty research within global south partnerships.
INTRAC: Based in the UK, the International NGO Training and Research Centre provides a invaluable compilation of training and research reports for the NGO professional.
No Sweat : A online informational portal on sweatshops and resources on 100% union-made apparel.
Research for Development: Information and research resources from the UK’s Department for International Development.
WWW Virtual Library on International Affairs: an online database of international affairs.
